The song How Are You's origination was born out of a self check up; but then it was important to me, to check on the general population as well.  Some people will tell you not to worry about others and focus on self.  Which is very true, however; in the case of understanding that we are all interconnected on earth whether we want to be or not.  I want to make sure the pilot's okay when they are flying the plane.  I want to make sure the chef and the servers are okay when I'm at their restaurant.  I want to know if the doctor's and nurses are okay whether I'm there or not because they may have a family member or friend in their care, or YOU.  There are so many examples of why it's important to make sure that people are good in a positive way, not just to be nosey or intrusive.  So to wrap this up, how are you?  Go download the song at store tab.  And follow me on all socials @intoinl on Instagram and TikTok and In-L on YouTube.
